Subscription Policy
1. Overview
This Subscription Policy ("Policy") governs the terms and conditions of subscriptions purchased through Kindled ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By subscribing to our products, you ("Subscriber," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Policy.
2. Subscription Benefits
Subscribers receive the following benefits:
- Discounted pricing compared to standard one-time purchase pricing
- Automatic recurring delivery based on the established billing cycle
- Ability to pause, skip, or modify subscription parameter
- Access to priority customer support service
- Price protection against future price increases for active subscriptions
3. Billing and Delivery
3.1 Billing Cycle
Subscriptions are billed automatically on a 30-day recurring cycle. Subscribers will receive email notification prior to each billing cycle. Payment will be processed using the payment method on file.
3.2 Order Fulfillment
Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days following successful billing. Delivery timeframes vary by geographic location. Tracking information will be provided via email upon shipment.
3.3 Payment and Shipping Updates
Subscribers may update payment methods and shipping addresses at any time through their account portal.
4. Subscription Modifications
4.1 Available Modifications
After completing 2 or more orders, subscribers may make the following modifications:
- Pause subscription for an indefinite period
- Skip one or multiple upcoming orders
- Adjust order quantity
- Update shipping address
- Cancel subscription
4.2 Modification Methods
Online Portal: Subscribers may access their account, navigate to "Manage Subscription," and process modifications directly. Changes implemented through the online portal take effect immediately, subject to the timing requirements outlined in Section 4.3.
Customer Support: Subscribers may contact customer support to request modifications.
4.3 Timing Requirements
All subscription modifications, including cancellations, must be submitted at least 3 business days prior to the next scheduled shipment date.
Modification requests received with less than 3 business days' notice will be processed after the upcoming order has been fulfilled and shipped. This requirement is due to order processing timelines and fulfillment queue constraints.
5. Cancellation Policy
5.1 Standard Cancellation (After 2+ Orders)
Subscribers may cancel their subscription by submitting a cancellation request at least 3 business days before the next scheduled shipment. Upon cancellation :
- No future orders will be processed
- No additional charges will be incurred
- Confirmation of cancellation will be provided via email
5.2 First Order Cancellation
Subscription pricing reflects a discount from standard one-time purchase pricing. This discount is provided in consideration of an ongoing subscription commitment.
If a subscriber cancels after receiving their first order, the order will be adjusted to reflect standard one-time purchase pricing. The subscriber will be responsible for payment of the price differential between the subscription rate and the one-time purchase rate.
This policy ensures equitable pricing for all customers and prevents misuse of subscription discounts.
5.3 Cancellation Prior to First Order Shipment
If cancellation is requested before the first order has shipped:
- The subscription will be terminated
- Unfulfilled orders may be canceled; otherwise, standard return policies apply
- No price adjustment will be applied to unfulfilled orders
6. Subscription Pause
Subscribers may pause their subscription for any duration. During the pause period, no orders will be processed and no charges will be incurred. Subscriptions may be resumed at any time through the subscriber's account portal or by contacting customer support.
7. Communications
7.1 Required Communications
By subscribing, you consent to receive:
- Order confirmations and shipping notifications
- Billing notifications prior to each charge
- Important updates regarding your subscription or products
7.2 Promotional Communications
Subscribers may opt out of promotional communications at any time. Transactional communications related to subscription management cannot be disabled.
8. Account Management
8.1 Account Access
Subscribers may access their account at https://trykindled.com/ using the email address associated with their subscription.
8.2 Password Recovery
Password reset functionality is available through the "Forgot Password" feature on the login page. Password reset instructions will be sent to the email address on file.
8.3 Account Security
Subscribers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. Suspected unauthorized account access should be reported immediately to customer support.
