Cancellation Fee

All order cancellations are subject to a $2.00 cancellation fee, which will be automatically deducted from any refund amount.

Justification for Cancellation Fee

Fast Fulfillment Process

Due to our rapid order processing and fulfillment system, orders are typically prepared and packaged within hours of placement. The cancellation fee covers the administrative costs associated with recalling packages that have already entered our fulfillment pipeline.

How Cancellation Refunds Work

• Example: If you cancel a $25.00 order, you will receive a refund of $23.00 ($25.00 - $2.00 cancellation fee)
• Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 3-5 business days
• The cancellation fee applies to all cancellations regardless of the reason or timing

Important Notes

• Cancellation requests must be submitted through our customer service portal
• Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of order placement
• Orders cannot be cancelled after the 24-hour window has expired
• Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled and must follow our return policy instead
